According to distrowatch's data, linux mint seems to have a nice time in 2011.Though it is totally based on ubuntu,it wins over ubuntu in many aspects and what's more, it successfully attracted more users to its embrace.Arch is moving on,but is not suitable to noobs.I once tried archbang which ranks not so high but is v lightweighted and powerfull.Chakra is making different forwards with arch now.I find I have used less rpm-package linux since I learn of linux.Fedora's software source is not so speedy here and am not accustomed to it several years ago.Later,I tried Suse in my desktop but it seems that suse has poor support for my graphic card. Now I have switched to debian-based linux.
